What made you want to attend the University of Arizona?

I wanted to attend the University of Arizona because of its’ excellent law and business management programs. I also loved the small town feel Tucson provided and how the entire city embraced the university.

What's your best University of Arizona memory?

I have two! The first was being on the upper level of Gentle Ben’s when the basketball team won the 1997 NCAA Championship. The second was my first day of law school. That’s when I met the woman who would eventually become my wife. She is and continues to be an absolute blessing in my life.

What did you do after graduating from the university?

After graduating, I clerked for the Honorable Stephen Villarreal and Barbara Sattler at the Pima County Juvenile Court Center. The experience allowed me to get an up-close perspective of the legal profession and how to conduct myself before a judge and other stakeholders.

What is the best thing you gained from your time at the university?

I gained an exceptional education, lifelong friends and overall, I’m just grateful to be a part of the larger Wildcat family. I always feel like I’m coming home when I visit campus!

What are your reasons for giving to the university?

I give to the university because I want to pay it forward. There were many people throughout my time as a student that helped me to get to where I am now. That’s something I’ll never forget, and I hope I can help pave the way for future Wildcats to have the same experience.
